What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Next working day delivery £8.00 (UK Only) Orders placed by 3pm Mon – Thu.
Standard Shipping £3.95 2-3 Working days (UK Only) Orders placed by 3pm Mon- Thu, Next day Saturday delivery £12 (UK only). Order placed by 3pm Monday Friday.
All orders received prior to 3pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm Monday – Friday cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched the
same day.
All orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note – Any orders received on a Friday cannot be guaranteed for weekend delivery.

Deliveries to Rest of World £25.00
*Shipping rates don’t include possible import duty’s applied to your country. We use DHL for all shipments and provide tracking numbers once the order has been received by their depot.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Solo, Amex and Electron. If this is your preferred payment method, we ask that you ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer, our online payment gatway is PayPal, which is a secure, simply way to make a payment to Heroes of Richmond.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

What exactly happens after ordering?
After accepting the contents of your cart, filling out your details and finalising your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us with your order number.
If your order has been paid for correctly its status will change to ‘in progress’. This means that our staff have started to prepare your order to be shipped to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We provide you with an invoice by default in the confirmation email that is sent shortly after your order has been paid. This invoice can also be found in your “order details” in your account.
